"Our goal for 2009 was “Back to the Basics” to make sure we provided individuals and families with the services they should expect under Housing and Urban Development guidelines. We have made significant changes and worked diligently to update policies and procedures and property upgrades are physically noticeable. In 2010, we plan to take our service up a notch. The development of Genesis Place will start on the Major Byrd site. We plan to recommend changes to the West Allen property and Section 8 inspections will further ensure their properties comply with HQS standards.
