How do I sign up?

Download the form above or come into the Springfield Housing Authority, 200 North Eleventh Street, Springfield, Illinois, or at each hi-rise location to receive a form. Complete the form and mail or drop off the completed form to:

When will the payment be taken out of my account?

The payment will be made on the fifth of each month. If the fifth were to occur on a Saturday or Sunday, the payment would be applied that Monday.

Will I still receive a statement?

Yes, you will continue to receive a statement monthly.

What if I have questions on my statement?

What if I disagree with a charge?

Contact Nicole Fallen, Accounts Receivable Clerk, at (217) 753 – 5757 ext. 227 or nicolef@sha1.org, by the fourth of the month. These charges can be resolved before the debit occurs.

What if I want to cancel the automatic debit?

A request must be in writing to the Accounts Receivable Clerk by the end of each month.
